Who we are
Hailing from Philadelphia, PA, Grant Palmer brought his skill and expertise in the private investment field to Denver, CO in 2025 to begin branching out into new spaces. Grant focuses on two main pillars in his investment strategies: residential property and food service/hospitality. Within residential, Grant specializes in unique single, double, and triple family homes that are renovated with the utmost attention to detail and history, creating spaces that invite new tenants in and make them feel at home.
In the hospitality sector, Grant focuses on the coffee and tavern elements, or the places people like to drink as he says. Each space is a carefully curated to be an inviting and exciting establishment, where one could spend an entire day doing work, meeting with friends, or seeing someone new.
The first asset in the PCV portfolio in Denver is The Wild, a coffee and cocktail establishment located in LoDo across from Union Station. Grant took the established business and elevated it, creating a larger food offering, redefined beverages, and a more welcoming atmosphere. In the time since taking over, revenue has increased an average of 7.8%, staff turnover has decreased, and the customer satisfaction is currently 4.7 on Google.
PCV is in the process of leveraging The Wild’s brand and reputation in expansion, with contracts signed for a location in Rino and discussions happening for locations in Wash Park and LoHi.
